In the year 2007 two of the students of the Department went to Wawasan Open University as Interns in their fourth semester.

• Hexavarsity, Navi Mumbai

MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) is signed between DET SNDT University and Hexavarsity. A Hexavarsity Chair has been established in DET. Dr. Veena Deshmukh is appointed for the same by SNDT. Also Chitra Wadke who is from Hexasvarsity is appointed as Research Scholar, working at both the place i.e. Hexavarsity (as retainer) and SNDT.
