Welcome to my world of ‘A spiral’
A Spiral is a symbol of growth, development and expansion. Therefore, I have selected ‘A Spiral’ as my theme because it is ever ready to grow and expand - just like me. All throughout my portfolio, you will see the same spiral in different colors. These colors spiral are my icons and each has it own significance which represents different hues on my life’s canvas.
So sit back and enter in my world of spiral.
Alpanahas inspired me in developing my portfolio. It is an age old religious floor art of Bengal and is used to decorate the house during festivals. The intricate white coloured designs have withstood time and even now maintain their place in every household. Like the designs of the alpana, my life is influenced by rich cultural heritage as well as contemporary experiences. Even though, my core values remain unchanged I am open to the new ideas and trends that life brings. On reflecting on me I see myself as the blend of traditional values with a modern outlook.

My portfolio is a depiction of my creativity and versatality. In order to depict both I used a combination of the easel board and flowers. The easel shows my creating ability and the flowers of different colours depict my talent in varied areas of Educational Teachnlogy. Each flower colour has a significance and depicts my various pages.
My portfolio theme is 'Tangram'. It is an ancient Chinese puzzle where seven different shaped geometrical pieces are arranged together in such a manner that, they form a meaningful figure.
The reason behind choosing ‘Tangram’ is that, it always helps us to think creatively and in an unconventional way to come up with the solution. Thus it leads us to think out of the box and this thinking is very much needed in my field i.e. “Instructional Designing”.

According to me, a bird is a symbol of innocence, uniqueness, cleverness and creativity. I always admire their exceptional characteristics and try to compare some of them and find similarities. My portfolio is a platform through which I have tried to share my world, skills and thoughts. I have chosen five birds whose unique characteristics resemble me.

The theme of my e-portfolio is “Blue Beads”. Each of the shades of blue represents one or the other of my qualities. Some shades are cool and calm while some are electric and dynamic.
Each type of bead has unique properties and something special to offer.

Being aware of the profound effect of colors on my life, I have chosen ‘Colors of Life’ as my theme to describe my persona. Each color possesses certain qualities. Being a multifaceted person, I relate to a variety of colors. Through this portfolio, I wish to showcase who I am, the philosophy that governs my life, my efforts and my creativity.
"Six Thinking Hats" is a powerful decision making technique created by Edward De Bono. It is based on the principle that the human brain ‘thinks’ in multiple ways. The use of the coloured hat metaphors allows us to adopt different perspectives on a subject, thereby exploring all sides of an issue.
I have chosen ‘Six Thinking Hats’ as the theme for my portfolio because it has played a vital role in shaping both my personal as well as professional life. It helped in decision making which is a blend of sensitivity, creativity and good contingency planning.
My theme is time. We all know that “Time is money”. How we spend our time is more important than how we spend our money. I believe, it does not matter how much time we've wasted in the past; what we still have is today and tomorrow. I therefore consider time as the most important factor in my life.

My theme is precious and semi precious gemstones. The six stones I have chosen are Amethyst, Ruby, Topaz, Aquamarine, Emerald and Sapphire. Like gems, I too like to shine and give people a sweet smile. The reason I chose this theme is that I am very fond of colored stones jewelry. I believe in astrology and, according to my sun sign, Leo, my birthstone is Ruby.
A warm welcome to my Garden of Life. I relish the opportunity to express myself and my ideas through this portfolio. My portfolio revolves around the theme-‘Sunflower’ as I am inspired by the warm and high-spirited sunflower.
The five elements ‘About me’, My Philosophy’, ‘My Work’, ‘Resume’ and ‘Contact’ define my persona. The colours that I have used reflect the warmth and cheerfulness in me.
