Abstract:
In the recent years, many new trends in evaluation are emerging in the field of educational technology, one of the examples is electronic portfolio also known as e-Portfolio, digital portfolio and web folios. An e-Portfolio is a complete new trend, which is gaining recognition as a valuable evaluation tool for learners, instructors and academic institutions. Developing an e-Portfolio is a systematic process; therefore it is important for the teachers, students, organizations to know all the steps of developing an e-Portfolio. Each step has its own importance and significant learning value.

Researcher felt need for the study from the fact that, does the learning has really taken place or was it just a time consuming task for them? Therefore, Researcher thought that it becomes extremely important to know the developer's opinion and experience with the creation process of e-Portfolio.

Objectives of the research were:

• To study the opinion of MET-CA students towards the e-Portfolio creation process.
  
• To study the MET-CA student's acceptance for the elements in the e-Portfolio.
  

The method used was survey method to conduct this research. Sample selected for the survey were 20 alumni of MET-CA course from the Department of Educational Technology. Data was collected from the subjects by giving them Opinionnaire to know their opinion about the e-Portfolio creation process. It was found that almost all subjects have accepted their developed e-Portfolio as a good learning as well as self evaluation tool which shows that they have positive outlook towards an e-Portfolio Creation Process.
