I am very much impressed by the Honey Bee. I feel there is so much to learn from it. If I possess some of its qualities I would definitely reach towards success. Despite being such a tiny creature it crosses half of the world to collect a small drop of honey which shows her dedication and hard-work.

Honey Bee neglects all other things for honey. No other thing allures her to take away her attention from her intention. Similarly we need to concentrate only on excellent qualities, which matter most, of the people by neglecting their inadequacies.

Honey Bee collects honey without weakening the flowers. The thought is that when we collect knowledge from people we should ensure that people don't become poorer after sharing their insights with us.

As unknowingly Honey Bee connects flower to flower through pollination; we should also grow the network of people.
